Matt, Jason, Karah and I are once again walking in the Cincinnati MADD Walk to support our dear friend Danielle, whose husband was killed 5 years ago by a drunk driver.
Jason and Danielle were some of our closest friends here in Cincinnati. They were married less than 2 years when Jason's life on this earth ended. In July 2004, Jason was riding his motorcycle up to his parents' house to take care of their yard and dog while they were gone on vacation when a drunk man in a pickup truck hit him head-on. The man was so far into the wrong lane that Jason had to swerve into the left lane in attempt to avoid the collision. Unfortunately, he was killed on impact.
