yesterday we went to a wonderful little soda fountain called Crown Candy-- Jason had LOTS of yummy milkshake, so hopefully that put on a few ounces for him!
and then we headed over to the FREE St. Louis Zoo-- Jason missed his afternoon nap, but handled himself VERY well. he was super focused on watching all of the animals and would make his little "ruff-ruff" noise at almost every animal.
as you can see, Jason wasn't the only one really intent on observing the animals:

Sean told me last night to tell you he had so much fun with you guys while you were here. He can't wait to see you again. :)
Hope you all had a great time in STL. And I hope that the milkshake helps get him to 20.
is that milkshake pic his actual "cheese" face? because he totally looks like he's smiling for the camera as opposed to just smiling. That is amazing. and it's a great pic of both of you!!
